Please read carefully before hiring our equipment

By hiring equipment from K&H Jumping Castles, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These exist to keep everyone safe and to ensure the equipment is returned in good condition.

  1. Liability

    K&H Jumping Castles will not be responsible for any loss or injury when our equipment is being used.

  2. Use at Own Risk & Damage

    The use of our equipment is at your own risk. If the equipment is stolen or damaged, the client will be held responsible for the replacement of the item, unless mutually agreed to by both parties.

  3. Adult Supervision Required

    There must always be a responsible adult present and supervising the children at all times while the equipment is in use.

  4. Keep Away from the Motor

    No children may come near the motor under any circumstances. The motor is an electrical component and poses a serious safety risk.

  5. No Food or Drinks

    No food or drinks are permitted on or near the inflatables at any time.

  6. No Shoes or Sharp Objects

    Ensure no one is wearing shoes or carrying any sharp objects when using the inflatables.

  7. Suitable Setup Surface

    The equipment must be set up on a flat, clean area with no sharp objects. The client is responsible for ensuring the setup area meets these requirements.

  8. Weather Conditions

    K&H Jumping Castles does not accept any responsibility for weather conditions. Please ensure the equipment is not used in unsuitable weather.

  9. Motor Water Damage

    If any motor gets wet and is damaged as a result, it is the client's responsibility to replace it.

  10. Extension Cord

    K&H Jumping Castles will not be responsible for supplying an extension cord to the motor. Please ensure you have a suitable extension cord available at your venue.

  11. Pets

    Please be aware of your pets. Claws and teeth can easily puncture and damage the inflatable. Keep all pets away from the equipment at all times.

  12. No Paint or Sprays

    Please do NOT spray or play with paint near the inflatable! Most paint stains do not come off and will result in the client being held liable for the damage.
